I do all my tricep work outs but I cant seem to get the bottom mussle to get vissable what exercise concentrates more on the lover tricep?

Hey,
to target your lower tris.. I recommend doing dips, behind the back dips and close grip bench presses. These are the best exercises to target the lower triceps area. Go Heavy on these..

r u talking about when u do like a front biceps and the lower part of that triceps or like the u shape goin down to the elbow if its just the regular bottom cable pushdowns work for that

There are three heads on your triceps(hence the name). So you have to hit each one with different exercises. First i do skull crushers then i do seated behind the head dumbell extensions then i do cable push downs then revers dipps between two benches with plates on my lap. And that seems to hit hit all the heads for me.

I do pulldowns, push downs, then kickbacks, and finally behind the head with 45(warm up) and 100(work!!!) lbs plates to finish.

kneel on a bench back parallel to the floor and have a weight in ur hand then extend ur arm untill its parallel with the floor
