Also I was thinking off combining the workouts....Like adding the leg workouts to the leg routine on friday and so on...Any comments?

I like b work out better......i don't like "arm days" I don't feel strong, or anything........besides heavy compond lifts peak testasterone better than non. Name a compund lift you do in a arm day? none? That test. peak will carry over to the bi or tri on the leg day or shoulder day whatever. There by more muscle for the areas you train.........just my opinion.

If I am understanding your "arm days" response you are referring to the B workout how it is all rolled into one day correct? Got a little confused their...If andro is a steroid how is it possible to sell at walmart?...Just wondering but I will be sure to stay away from those.

Any of the prohormone products, such as Andro, are not steroids per se (such as defined by the FDA); however, they are labeled as steroid precursors. In other words, they are converted (supposedly) into a Testosterone steroid in the liver. This is the reason why the FDA is considering on classifying any of the Andro products as a Schedule III drug, as is the case with prescription steroids. -------------- Michael Trample the weak; hurdle the dead! I personally am not a big fan of prohormones, but I do think that they are a much safer alternative to steroids. And, if the rtake them off the market, the people who rely on them may be temopted to just go with steroids then, which would obviously be detrimental to those people.-------------- I have some good news! I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Gieco! |

I did some research on the "andro" products and they seem to have the same effects as steroid all the way down to the shrinkage...I wouldnt buy them now that I did research.

i dont like workout b how chest shoulders and tris are all close together
also isnt it better to work in order from chest then shoulders then tris? also you got a leg day then a cardio bike day rite after it i maybe new to this but i tend to need a lil recovery if i was to go on the bike also doesnt dips and wide chins help release testosterone? i dont know maybe just me.. but i usually prefer something like Monday - Chest, Bis, Forarms Tuesday - Legs Thursday - Shoulders Friday - Back, Tris then just fit your cardios on saturday and some other day within the week maybe maybe after a workout i dont know thats just me.. but anywho i was wondering what exactly are HIIT CARDIO or HIIT exercises or routine programs or something mean? what is with HIIT? whats it do or what is it completly.. lol i dont really know nothing bout that so yea stupid as it sounds :) little help or something on what that is :) thanks~ |
