powerbar energy bites!!
i just ate the peanut butter crisp flavor and i am sold. i want to try the oatmeal rasin kind next. i almost don't want to know if there is anything wrong with these because they're so good, but if these are going to kill me someone let me know because i'm about to call powerbar and order a crate of them!

How much of the CHO are from sugar?
i think you workout heavy enough and are metabolically active enough, you can afford some power bites!

Way to many kinds of sugar, especially, the fructose and glucose, then the sugar!

12g of the 32g cho are from sugar...too much? i don't really eat any sweets at all, my diet is pretty much as clean as it can be, but asimmer i hope you are right because i really love these little things. i actually snuck them into the movie theater saturday night and ate them instead of rasinets:)
if they're gonna make me chunk up though i'll save 'em for a cheat day. there's no sense in not making my goals over a bag of those oh so tasty peanut butter crisp bites:(

howdiekat, I feel your pain. I've pretty much decided if its fun or exciting in the food department, I gotta leave it for the cheat meal.
