This is my first week off of working out since I started working out 12 weeks ago. My weight dropped from 160 to 143. I cut just because I knew getting a six-pack for the first time in my life would really modivate me to continue. I do not have a full 6-pack yet, but I am at the 4 pack range close to the 6-pack. I have made improvements with every exercise I have done, so I know muscle was built. My quads show now when i exercise them. My plan now is to get a tan and really see what I've accomplished as my pale skin doesn't generally show much. I am proud of what I have accomplished and can't wait to get back in the gym next week to start my bulking phase.

The hardest part was the diet, but I am so glad I got that under control. I still can't believe I haven't had a pop/soda in over 13 weeks. I think that even if i had one now, i wouldn't like the taste.

I was lucky enough to have a workout partner of the same build as myself but we differed in what muscles we were good at. He helped me push through my leg exercises, while I helped him push through chest and shoulders.

Its gonna be a long road until I get where I want to get size wise, but I'm looking forward to it. I found the gym was the perfect departure from school when things got hard. An hour where I don't think about school is always a good thing. Thanks to all those who answered my questions along the way, I am sure I will have plenty more as I still have to research bulking. Thanks again.
