My goal at the moment is to lose fat and retain as much muscle as possible. I do martial arts, so bulking up isn't a good thing for me. I'm trying to achieve a body such as Bruce lee's, Jackie Chan's, Jet Li's, etc. I need dense, hard, and fully functional muscles. Not ultra big and bulky.
