I used ot lift weights about 1 & 1/2 years ago and I got kinda built. Over the time I haven't lifted i have put on wieght but i have kept my strength by manual labor and etc. I need someone to show me a 5 day a week program for getting ripped or just defining my muscles. I want the excess fat to go away. Please help...
