hi there. im pretty new to this things but is there a way how to know that your abs is ready for some ab excercises? i mean i have read some posts that you need to lower your body fat before doing some abs excercises or else you are only wasting time.
If you want to "see your abbs" then yes you need low body fat..........but everyone needs strong abbs for back support, and trunk stability. YOu can still do them, I do....i don't havea nice 6 pack or whatever but they are strong and i have no back problems.
