Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could help me out.

On the exercise description for Triceps Cable Pushdowns it says, "Grasp the bar with an overhand grip, as well keep your thumbs over the bar rather than over top."

Should my thumbs be over the top of the bar with my fingers or underneath the bar, on the opposite side to my fingers?
