I was told by a home businessmen expounding his vitamins that not to drink Coffee within an hour of taking any supplements of vitamins as the caffeine destroys their potency.
So in the vein of my reply post about Cancer and Creatine, does anyone know of any scientific evidence (published) that supports or refutes this?

I haven't heard that. I know coffee dehydrates you, and that the acid in the beans eats your stomach lineing. But i think it should be fine to take vitamins with. But to be on the safe side, take vitamins with water and then drink coffee later. Rob
