Does anyone on here use the Bowflex or the Crossbow?.Can you use 1 of those with the progams on this site?.I ask cuz i have the Crossbow and wondered if anyone else is using it or Bowflex. If anyone is have you gotten pretty good results with it?.
I have some workout prgorams for the bowflex i downloaded off their site.I planned on using them with my crossbow, since they are both pretty much the same. But im not sure if those are good programs or not.So i might post a couple of them on here after while, and let some of you pros look at them, maybe you could help me out with understanding how to do them.

As far as i know they have "64 health club quality excercises on it"lol Any ways i have "played" with them in sears and stuff, and they looked good, as for wich is better i don't know......just remember the excercises and range of motion is a tad different on those, more like workingout with bands or chains. So lighten the weight on it a lil bit. You should be able to do most excercises on it. Some you can't do squats or lat pull downs depending on which model you got.

I use the Crossbow and have gotten great results. I would use the FT routine and modify the exercises. You should have gotten a video or poster with the Crossbow that will help you out.
