Hi everyone - I'm a new Pro member from rural Ontario, Canada.....looking to make some friends, mutual motivation! Particularly interested in people who really don't need to lose weight, but want to be in shape but are looking for the motivation to get busy at it!!! I've never been overweight - but I find it difficult to stick to my workouts.

Hi Schexshe, there's all different reasons to be on here, I happen to share yours myself..

It's tough to get in there sometimes when your goals aren't as obvious, 'what's one day gonna do' mentality!

It helps to make some specific goals to work towards, instead of just 'staying in shape' .. I personally have set some increased weight targets and it gives me that extra motivational factor to get in there.
