Am I doing this right

I am 16 I workout Sun - Thur I eat a lunch with no sweets a ok half ass healthy supper. I start out with 15 min of Cardio then 100 reps of 3 different positions then do 4 sets of 5 different exercises 10 reps an exercise, then I have a NITRO TECH shake. I do Arms on one day my chest and sholders another, and my back and legs on another. Is this ok for getting big, muscular, and ripped?

dude, you cant get big, muscular, and ripped at the same time. First you get big, then you get ripped when you cut.
