I am 16 I workout Sun - Thur I eat a lunch with no sweets a ok half ass healthy supper. I start out with 15 min of Cardio then 100 reps of 3 different positions then do 4 sets of 5 different exercises 10 reps an exercise, then I have a NITRO TECH shake. I do Arms on one day my chest and sholders another, and my back and legs on another. Is this ok for getting big, muscular, and ripped?
