Hmmmmm there have been studies.. in Europe recently that drinking and having a beer belly is a myth. Just a myth. But drinking is not good. I gave up drinking during the week and only splurge on the weekends.

Drinking is extra empty calories for starters. In men, the most likely place for that to get stored is the stomach.

Theres whats called( I think i read this some where) main fat storage areas. For men and women....these are paticular called problem areas.......for men its stomache and waist. for women, hip area and back of arms. So i hear anyways, beer raises estrogen leveles in men. I don't back this, but I herd this along time ago.

First, stop drinking, or at least drink less.
