Hi everyone!
There is this great search option at the bottom of the screen, it is called fitbuddy. you can type in any topic and find relevant posts.
Nearly every subject you could imagine has been discussed very thouroughly on these boards - try doing a search before you post.
Many posts don't get answered simply because the question is so common, the answer could have been easily found.
The more you educate yourself about fitness and healthy eating, the more power and control you have over your health and lifestyle.
If you can't find the specific answer you are looking for, then post a specific question. Before you post your specific question, htough, fill out your profile. it really helps to know more about you than 'I can't lose weight'. Your age, your activity level, your lifestyle, these all influence your fitness and health.
Thank you1 I am not trying to slam anyone, just a little frustrated to see the same questions asked repeatedly.
