Hi Sheri, do you have MS Outlook on your computer? I never really used the calendaring functions of it much, just the email.. then I got a Pocket PC (like a palm pilot thing) that syncs up with my Outlook calendar and it is great!
I put in EVERYTHING.. even if you can't take it with you (the palm), taking a few minutes to plan out your week is a huge stress reliever!
Block out the time you're at work, pick out 5 times a day that you will eat (yep, schedule your snacks), fill in your errands, grocery shop, prepare foods for the week, and work out. etc.
Even if you can't stick to it, having the plan will help. I plan on working out every day after work.. if I have something I have to do after work, I try to shift that days workout to lunch or evening. Then when once or twice a week I can't make it, I still got there at least 5 times.
Grocery shopping and preparing healthy foods ahead of time is KEY. . when you get hungry you're whole diet AND schedule can fly out the window pretty fast!!
Make a plan, and stick to the plan LOL. . I think that was in a movie I saw recently.
