Just about to start getting in to shape. Quit smoking 2 years ago just before my wife and I adopted twin boys that have just turned 2yrs old. Since I'm 46 i'll be 64 when they turn 18. I'll be needing all the muscle and stammina that I can get. A few years ago I went from a blue-collar job to a instructing one and add a few pounds (30) Two of my students are bodybiulders and really make me think about how I've let myself go.
As the father of eleven kids of which 5 are still at home I don't have the funds for a lot of fancy equipment but will be slowly buying a weight set. For now I starting the Home based plan on this site. Would like to lose a few pounds and put on some muscle.
