ell I plan to start the home based plan Monday So I'll take it easy this week end. Just have to remove a wall so that one of my sons and I can remove a hot tub and take over to a freinds house then replace the wall, paint our bed room, mow the lawn(should never of fertilized it), clean up back yard and go to dump, set up play area for the twins. then on Sunday after church will have to move furniture around in bed room and living room. should be and easy couple of days.

Well, Woodie. I'm right beside you. I have finally decided that I need to get serious about getting back into shape. I have made excuses for the past 6 years. I'm tired of the way I look and feel. Hopefully we both can reach our goals. Just hope that I can stick with this

dradonfly28513, we will reach our goals, the important thing is to not change our goals to something less than we want.

Well, I started. Alot of things went through my mind just before, like all the other things I could be doing. but I didn't listen to the voices and when to it. (the voices are not happy). Felt good when I was done.

Well, I didn't get to start the exercise portion like I wanted to yesterday. I didn't get home until it was already time for bed. I have made plans to do it tonight though, hopefully nothing with interfer with that. I did pretty well on watching what I ate though. Glad to hear you made it through the first day Woodie.

Thank everyone on the incouragement. I pretty much have to wait till the ones at my feet to go to bed before I have any time for my self. Two yr old twins can put a stop to anything that does not involve them. I thought about using them as wieghts but they were premies and are or SE asian descent. And have not quite topped 20lbs yet. Maybe they can sit on my back when I do push ups.
