i couldn't even go to my boyfriend's sisters graduation party at her church because i literally had nothing to wear. sadly this seems to be the case almost all of the time. even when i go out to buy clothes they dont seem to fit a week later. i am
really bummed because i always thought that i ate healthy. im a vegatarian and i rarely eat out. i always try to balance my diet and try to eat low healty carbs like whole grains, but the pounds and inches keep coming. i joined a gym thinking that would help me untill i realized i don't have a clue how to workout in a gym. so here i am hopefully
with the personalized workouts i can have my body back cause im too young to be scared to go on the beach.

ask one of the trainers at your gym to show you how to use the machines and ask them about using the treadmills. i started working out three weeks ago and had to ask a trainer to show me how to use all of the equipment. ask them if they could tell you about how many calories you should be consuming each day with your level of activity. good luck.
