I use Optimum Nutrition micronized creatine with the creapure stamp. I'm not sure its best. It may be second best.

Benching , just read your profile, you don't need creatine. Your body at 15 makes plenty. Lift, eat rest and grow. Thats what you need.

I have seen some excellent feedback on the Russian Red actijubes. Very positive.

I'd have to agree with Charlie, however I've read a lot of good reviews on ProLab CreaPure Creatine.

15 years old? You don't need it man, not at all.

Benching, you don't need it at your age your body makes more than it can use. I'm sure BB1 didn't notice your age.

If you do not understand what creatine does, you should not use it. Research it first, search fit buddy. I have made numerous posts as to how creatine works, how it is produced, how it will in no way harm you, how it is not a prohormone of any kind and on and on. I did not notice you at 15. Get your diet in order and lift. Creatine is not the miracle it is made out to be, and you are surely looking for one to get you huge. Creatine will not do this. Lift, eat and rest. At 15 you can't begin to imagine if you do these 3 things properly how much you will grow.

Yo im MADD CONFUESED....im 14...i was usin it...CellTech/ON's 100% Whey protien in the summer. I think the creatine really helped. I was lifting about an hour a day with a 15-20minute cardio session at the end.

I went from very weak....chubby 140 pounds to a more toned 4 pack(almost) 160 pounds. I wrestle which helps..but Im really confused..My moms a nurse and tells me to just workout and change your diet. I am....but i want a boost. Even if yall think creatine isnt for me what about a good whey protien.
