There is so much to take into mind when telling someone a diet plan. How much do you weigh? How much do you want to weigh? Height, build, fast or slow metabolism...... a lot. But to be general eat 6 times a day. 3 "REAL" or solid meals, like chicken rice and veggies, or oatmeal and eggs, or steak and potatoes. And 3 supplement shakes.

I think breakfast as early in the day as possible is vital. Even if you start with a protein drink and eat a meal a little later - but don't run on empty.
