Hello all, I started using protein shakes so that I can eat 5 meals aday and to control my eating. ON whey brand has almost no carbs and I think maybe 1 gram of fat. I quit eating those bars which seem not that good. Plus you get lots of protein. I take one in the morning and one after I workout.I have had about 4 total over 3 days. And it seems to be blocking the pipes up. What can I do? Any suggestions?:(
