The calories seem a little high to me. I wouldn't put you over 3,000, probably closer to 2,800 if you are trying to cut weught. How many calories do you avergae now? Your baseline diet is going to make a big difference in how much you should eat for fat loss.

Well to be honest right now i don't really count calories or anything i was starting yesterday till i realized i was on my firth meal and i still needed around 1000 more calories to meet my daily goal lol. So the fats carbs and protein look ok though? Should i start with 2800 calorieS?

Make it easy on yourself and do the nutrition diary here each day as it'll give you a great set of stats on your consumption without you having to think until you get a good stat... then you'll see if your carbs are high/low or too fatty a diet- so you can nip back or replace just the foods that ruin your suggested equation of nutrients.
Go on start with asimmers 2800 calories- if you gain weight or stay stable, then trim off just 200 calories a day the next week till you lose 1 pound in a week. That's a good idea to find a level! You know that this level will be lost again and you will need to trim back your food again and your goal achieved may bring a new diet from a new goal...
BEST OF LUCK

I would put your protein at 280g minimum and 350g max.
That would make your carbs 280g - 210g, and your fat at 20% would be 62g (supplement with olive oil, flax oil, fish oil).

The nutrition tracker can be tedious, buy a second hand copy of the book of food counts and learn the values of the foods you eat most commonly. Design a plan with the right amounts and make it a routine. Write it down in a notebook and track it until you get the hang of it.
