Hello to all,just wanted to say im new to the FT Community used to workout long ago but lost my way,now im 40 and decided to mend my ways,not too out of shape but want to stay fit/flexible so any tips for returning trainers would be appreciated as i dont want to go crazy and injure myself,drop me a line and thanks.
