I have been picking up some free wieghts and plan on getting a bench soon. They seem to be inexpensive at the second hand store near my job. Should I finish the home based plan with some add wieght or switch to a free wieght plan to gain the size muscles that I would like?
I already did that by trying to see what exerises would change.:( I just re entered the data from Monday and it will be a week ahead of the dates on the plan.
