whats up yall??? heres the deal i am a block layer <buildin basements and such> we only have two breaks we start at 7 am break at 9<2nd meal then lunch at noon<3rd meal> after that i have no time to eat untill dinner everyone says 5 to six small porportioned meals a day how bad will 4 meals mess up my diet???

In your case liquid meals can help here. All you need is a shaker cup, an MRP and some water. Shake together for quick, easy nutrition. If you are trying to gain lean muscle, it is imparitive you get some protein/nutrients every 3 hrs. Even if dieting, this is still ideal, keeps the metabolism fired up and working...thus good healthy thyroid.

i'd suggest a shaker cup bigmarkh, some of the powders are hard to mix (unless you like the clumps of powder)
