guys after i do some 30min-1hr cardio is it good to jumpstart to a heavy meal? like meat and rice.. or how long should i eat before doing cardio and workouts? is it good or bad.. thnx!

What you eat before a cardio session really has everything to do with your leaness, and current goals. As far as after, if fat burning is your object, I would wait about 30-45 minutes, and have a protein/fat/fiber meal. This will not disturb any lypolysis you may have induced from your workout.

sir bb1fit, so what are the foods should i avoid after cario or workout?
so what are the facts on carbonated drinks? and why is it a big thing 2 avoid.
