Hey everyone... as you've probaby guessed, my name is Tera. If you read my profile, you'll see I need some support in the 'You Can Do It' department! :laugh: I look forward to exchanging the favor to anyone else who needs support and encouragement as well and to getting to know everyone out here. This site looks great and I can't wait to get going on my new work out next week. I just joined Weight Watchers too, so, this is all new... I'm excited!

I'm new...I need some "you can do it" support too. My husband is great but his idea of support is "all you have to do is..." This is coming from a man who has to eat everything to maintain his weight of 180. So here I am and I hope that I can feel better by doing this.:)

Hey!:big_smile: You'll do just fine. A friend of mine is on weight watchers and she has lost so much weight.(She has zero will power) But she's lost about 45lbs. If you ever need to talk IM me.

hi chick...i'm the same way i need all the friends and support i can get ..my husband is the same way he eats 475$ in food a month by himself he only weights 145 and he's 6'0 tall ..*mumbles* i hate that ..anyway if u wanna chat off here anyone can pm me at angel_dollins on yahoo.

Hi Tera. I just started my exercising on Monday and I already feel better. I haven't lost any pounds yet but have found that exercising in the morning gives me more energy. I've never been good at sticking to diets or exercise plans but I am determined to lose at least 20 lbs. I also pray every day for the will and strength to stay on track. I don't know that it will help, but it sure couldn't hurt.
I also just want to say that I think it's great that every post on here is replied to at least once. It's great to know that the people on here really do care.
