I know we're suppoesed to eat healthy carbs and low fat, but when trying to lose those last few stubborn pounds, I'm clueless. i know we're supposedd to eat a lot of protein, but that can't be all. Carbs on a diet are bad, even fruit, which is just a shame. Fat is bad, but I know healthy fats, like olive oil and natural peanut butter are good in moderation. I'm thinking to lose the last few pounds, maybe i should do something atkins-like. Eat a lot of protein, and eat salads with cheese, olive oil etc. w/o much worry about fat, as long as veggies are the only carbs i eat. Is this right?
