What time of day?

My schedule is really flexible. I can go lift any time of day (or more than once) so I'm wonderring how long before (or after) food is best?

I think it's something like 2hours if you have a full meal or 1-1 1/2 hr for a lighter meal not including any pre-workout shakes/food. My schedule is almost as flexible so I just workout 2 hr after breakfast, lunch or dinner. Works for me and gives me enough time to digest everthing and drink plenty of water before hitting the gym. Anything less will tire me faster.

i work out after my evening meal. take shake 30min later and tuna b4 i go to sleep(I cant down a hole container of cottage cheese)
