I am unable to bend my right foot back as far as my left foot. The "heel cord", for lack of a better term, is shorter in the right leg. Subsequently, I have always had a smaller right calf muscle than left. What are some exrcises or possibly even surgery I can do/have to fix this problem. Obviously, I want to increase the right calf muscle size to better complement the left, but I cannot do so with the right foor not exteneding back as far as the left. Any help or advice?
