Hi! I'm new to this site and I just filled out a profile. I want to lose weight and build some muscle like most here :) Wat kind of routines would people recommend? I know diet and exercise is key, but I am anal when it comes to what i need to do. I need it laid out for me :P I work 10:30-7 5 days a week and I want to schedule my workout around that. What do you guys think? :surprised:
At the top of your screen there is a button which says "Fitness Plan." Click on that and it will take you to an area where you will fill in some information and then FT will bring up your plan. Just choose the types of plans that you want and you will get a list of things to do for each day. And of course surf the boards and use the fitBuddy located at the bottom of your screen. Ask lots of questions, we are all here for you.
