hey just wondering outta curiosity is it better to do lying down tricep extentions palm n hand facing up or palm n hand w/e facing down?? as far as arm mass goes?? i spose also like pushdowns or something what do people think goes along better? a like pushing type method or like a pulling type method? thanks in advance..
