Welcome to the FreeTrainers.com online Community!!

POSTING GUIDELINES :)

The FreeTrainers.com Online Health & Fitness Community is currently moderated by seven highly professional, qualified individuals and staff to make sure the following rules are followed:

- While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.

- Keep the profanity to a minimum. Keep in mind that this website and it's forums are visited by people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. Many of which do not appreciate vulgar language. So, the less there is, the better the forums are for everyone. Besides.. a foul mouth doesn't make you look very impressive.

- Try your hardest to post in the appropriate forum. Don't be upset if we move/delete your post.

DISCIPLINARY ACTION (steps) :(

- Deletion of offending material: If the offense took place on a public message board, the material that violated the rules may be edited or deleted.

- Informal warning: If the moderator determines that the offense is not severe enough to warrant a formal warning, an informal warning may be issued. An informal warning is a private correspondence between the moderator and the violator advising the violator of the offense and what (s)he can do to correct it.

- Formal warning: If the offense is severe enough or an informal warning has already been issued, the moderator may issue a formal warning. The formal warning becomes a permanent part of the poster’s record and all moderators and administrators are informed are soon as it is issued. Several warnings can result in a permanent ban.

- Block: A block is the temporary deactivation of a violator’s posting privileges for one or more of the message boards. A moderator may apply a block to freeze a deteriorating situation and make time to work out issues with the violating user.

- Ban: A ban is the permanent deactivation of the violator’s account with Toon Zone Forum. A moderator applies a ban in response to very severe offenses and/or consistent display of unwillingness to follow forum rules.

With YOUR continued support, we will remain #1 on the net!

Great rules.. Main thing I've noticed about this board, is don't let things get to you. People will give you constructive criticism if needed just don't take it the wrong way. Also be willing to admit that you are wrong, none of us are diety's, we all make mistakes.

It's great to see that these rules are inforced too. If there's a big arguement that is offensive, it doesn't take long for a moderator to notice and reacte appropriately. :) Keep up the good work.

Wow, you lost 19 lbs. in only 3 weeks. Is there a secret to how you're doing it? I need some tips. I've been only able to loose 5-10 lbs then I usually gain back about 5 lbs. I've been yo-yoing. I'm not on any weight loss supplements and the only things I restrict myself from is beef, soda, and shellfish. I'm trying to minimize my sweets.

Hello - new here and glad to see that the rules are taken seriously. I have always had a bit of a weight problem...big boned, wide shoulders, etc. but would like any input people can give me on staying motivated...which is always my downfall.
