I just joined last week and I'm enjoying everything (although I must say that trying to get through the message boards to find topics of interests is tough). Anyway, I'm doing the home-based program (no weights) and the 12-wk ab program. I had a question about my cardio though. For my body type I know (and I need) to be doing cardio 5 days a week but I don't know how best to work that around the program. I've heard that it's best not to do cardio on the same day as weights but I'm not doing weights...so will it matter if I do the cardio on my program days? I just need to know so that I don't "cancel" out the progress I'm make on the program. I appreciate any help and sorry for the incredibly long post. :)
