Hello all,
I am a 36 years old and want to get into shape in the worest way. I had a good jump on things last late summer and fall by running every night. I worked up to 5K. and I really enjoyed it. But because of where I live and the winter my running was put on hold. Soooooo, now I'm back where I started, but having a hard time getting into the running again. I'm not sure what my problem is. Well hopefully I can get back into the swing of things:)
Does anyone whant this snow? It is may right?
Bye, for now.

Welcome to freetrainers. Hope you get your 5k back soon. Look at it this way, shovel the snow, and you get good cardio!

Mikmaq73.......Can you tell me about curves? I know it is for womenn, my wife would like to find out more. I'll get her to read your reply.
Depending how long you have been doing Curves, you might have developped some lean tissue (muscle) which weighs more than fat. Are your clothes feeling loose?
Welcome to Ft and good luck.
