hey I am 14 and I am home schooled. I have so many things to do with my time when I am home. The only free time that I have is on fridays, saturdays, and sunday. Those days my brother or parents aren't home to take me to the gym, so I really dont know how to get started at home because I dont have many exercise equiptment, so I started with this website recommended by my sister and she lost alot weight so I thought that I would give it a try.
