hey everyone! I just signed up at a gym and want to gain 30 pounds. I am currenlty 6 foot 148 pounds. Is this goal possible? Currently I dont have a workout routine and would love if someone could tell me what to do. I also heard that I need to eat lots of things with protien in it.

Hi kraftwerk, welcome to FT! First of all, congratulations on setting your goals and signing up for the gym :dumbbell:

Now you would have to sign up for one of the workout programs from the FT database or start your own dependig on your specific goals (I would suggest filling your profile)

Now about the diet and caloric intake, you definitely need to eat more than what you are used to, try to eat 500 calories more, and try to eat more protein & carbs.
