im lifting weights for 3 months... im building some muscles on my back and chest so i lift heavy wights i also want to get rid of my stomach fat just on the lower part.. i read some topics here where you can lose muscles in doing cardio, when and how does it happen??? need some details! coz i also get rid of my stomach fat i dont want to lose my muscles! thanks a lot!
