I used to work out all the time about 8 years ago,then quit. Now i developed man breasts and was wondering how to get rid to get rid of them,what exercises to do and so on. I know they said overall fat loss,but what if and when u shed the pounds your breasts are still a little large, is there some workouts to get rid of these or no. Thanks if anyone replies

Hi jbone30.
At the top of the screen you will see a button called "health resources." When you click on that it takes you to an area where you will see "exercise/fitness resources", click on "enter here." Next, choose muscle targeting and then choose "chest." There is some very detailed information about how to develop the chest muscles.
I don't know if men are this way, but when women lose weight, generally the first place we lose it is in the chest. Beautiful bodies start in the kitchen so I'm sure with some adjustments to your diet combined with the excercises listed in ft for chest development that you will get the results you are after.
Because breasts are fat deposits, lowering your body fat % will necessarily make them smaller to non-existent. Of course, if you do these things and still have concerns, you should not hesitate to consult your doctor.
