i filled out my profile. i've been working out for the past 2 1/2 weeks and i know that i shouldn't expect much but i feel like i'm not getting anywhere!
i've said to friends recently that they have the "what to expect when you're expecting" book, but they should also have a "what to expect when your flabby and start an exercise program" book, too! :laugh:
thanks for having this site, it's after 1am and i was starting to get upset that there wasn't a place for "newbies" to turn to!
