I just happened to stumble across this website today. I started watching what I eat about 3 weeks ago and it was coming off for a bit. But considering I have an office job and all I do at work is sit in front of a computer it is hard to get motivated. I started my fitness plan today, I can not wait to see some results. Before my daughter I was 120 lbs, and very fit. I was a dancer at one time and had people tell me that I should go into weight training. At the time I did not have the money. Well I still don't have the money but I would like to get back into the shape that I once was. If anyone has ANY advice on how to stay motivated, and to maybe do some kind of workout at work please let me know. All advice is good advice.

Thanks for listening.

Set some goals. Small, achievable goals. For instance, this week I will walk for 10 minutes every day, next week I will walk 12 minutes everyday, etc. Also take some pictures of yourself for comparison. Setting short-term, achievable goals will not only give you some good benchmarks, but also build your self-esteem and motivation. Good Luck.
