Ok, ive got to do an assignment on weight lifters/power lifters for university and was wondering if anyone has any info/web sites that i could be directed to. Topics that would help me greatly would be those that include charatericstics of successful lifters, are there any tests that are performed when searching for ppl who would be best suited to the power/weight lifting sport? what kind of egogenic aids (eg steroids,nutrition) have been used to improve peformance? what sorts of training principles are used to boost performance? Basically any information would be greatly appriciated.
