I Work out 4 times a week and run at least 4 miles a day six days a week, and i was just wondering if anyone would know how many calories a day i should eat. here it just goes by a diet with only 5 minutes of cardio. Also during summer i am going to work out 6 days a week and run from 6 miles or more of track training to 15 miles or more of cross country training(trying to go to at least 80 miles a week which is minumim for olympians and work outs will be an hour). So my diet will definitly increase so i was wondering if they would know how many calories to eat a day.

go to www.caloriesperhour.com and calculate how many calories you are expending and add that to your basal metabolic requirement (roughly your bodyweight times 13 or 14). That will give you a rough estimate, then you can adjust depending on how you are feeling/performing.
