Ok - any ideas on finding a decent hotel place in Kissimmee Florida (boy is this a basic question or what?) at a decent price? We gotta go next week...........and some of the rates are so friggen high I wish I could take my apt with me.......but I mean come on who affords those 100+ rates..then others that are decent........sound scarey when you read comments........geesh...this trip is going to be costly...............oh well venting.

Regardless of the caption, this forum seems to be about life in general outside of working out, so I think it fits. I have found the best rates with the search engine at www.sidestep.com since it compares concurrent listings on several different sites. I'm not sure if it will help you find what you're looking for, but it's worth a shot.

yeah I've tried all kinds of travel sites, it seems I still end up booking with Travelocity though, pretty consistent on decent rates.

If cost and quality both are factors and all you care is the area, not the specific hotel then do the priceline thing, I did that in Ft. Lauderdale and got a 4 star place that was awesome for $79 a night last month.

Going to Sarasota next week for Memorial Day weekend and wanted to know before I bought, so I used Travelocity and found a villa for $83 (there's 4 of us).

Try Best Western. They are a clean hotel with cheap rates. Good luck. If you ask them for their "best rate". Ask just like that it is usually $20 cheaper.
