I go to the gym at the University and it's been closing early :angry: (8:00) Sometimes I don't make it in with much time, so I do what I can (and maintain form...) But I want to work out rightr up to the last minute I can. What do people do for a cool down (other than stretch, I can do that outside)?? Should I go through a "cool down" phase before I leave? Will a quick departure lead to more DOMS?
Hmmm good question. I think I have read you need about 3-5 minutes to cool down. How about taking a walk? Or park your car farther away from the gym. Walking to your car might do it.
