Check out some of the posts in the nutrition forum - very useful information.
Basically, eat 5-6 small balanced meals a day - each with a serving of protein, some complex carbohydrates (vegetables, oatmeal, rice, beans) and a little good fat (olive oil, nuts, seeds, avocado).
Add a sensible exerciseplan including weights, cardiovascualr exercsie and flexibility and you are on your way to a fitter lifestyle!
