hello i am really glad i found this !

now how do i get a diet plan i am very bad in creating my own but when i have one in front off me i am able to follow it easily .wherre can i get a dietplan for like a4 weeks with daily breaakfast lunch and dinner????i hope i dont ask for too much :) monigod

monigod - welcome to ft! Fill out your profile and your goals, that is the first step.

Check out some of the posts in the nutrition forum - very useful information.

Basically, eat 5-6 small balanced meals a day - each with a serving of protein, some complex carbohydrates (vegetables, oatmeal, rice, beans) and a little good fat (olive oil, nuts, seeds, avocado).

Add a sensible exerciseplan including weights, cardiovascualr exercsie and flexibility and you are on your way to a fitter lifestyle!
