Hi,
I am 59 and my wife is 53 and we, as others, would like to lose the waist . . . So, we have been looking at execise bics (Nordictrack ($400) and Cateye ($1,000) for cardio work but can't determine if one is any better than another except that one costs more. We also have a Bowflex which we use a couple times per week for overall body work . . . nothing real intense at this point. And, I use a dumbell for overhead curls and general arm work (novice)with no real plan.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rick

Welcome to freetrainers napamac (and your wife). You have com e to the right place. Check out the home workout routines on here, and you can adapt them to your bowflex. Take a cruise around the other areas of the boards, perhaps join in on Charlies competition here on the site. It is all motivating stuff.
