when it wants the weight you used for the exercise (on the worksheets) does it want the individual weight bars or the total weight put together. b/c i just have two 5 pound weights. so would i put in 10 lbs?
If you are doing something like dumbell flys, ya, go ahead and input the total.. whichever you choose, though, be consistent... that way it'll give you correct readings through the database...
