I seemed to have reached a plateau...i am 6'0 ft and about 185 lbs and can't seem to break 190...I would like to get up to 200 max but i'm having trouble. I use lots of whey protein and I think I eat relatively well. I eat a lot, maybe not 6 meals a day but at least the equivalent to 4...perhaps I'm not watching what I'm eating?? Somebody help me!!

You probably could use a kick in your calorie intake. A good way to get extra calories is to mix 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp peanut butter, and maybe a little whey with water in a blender. Drink one of those before bed each night. If still no change, drink two each day. Plus like you said.....maybe you're not being strict with your diet.

Well the common sense way is to drop body fat, increase leg strength..but when one is at top speeds then speed training combined with various exercises, and explosive movements, also learn to run with form this will cut down on unneeded energy loss...and just train hard and run hard in the end you ultimately get out what you put in....Hope some of this helps.

The easiest way to shed a couple tenths of a second off your 40 time is to make sure you are using the correct form. You would be amazed how much faster you can sprint if you do it correctly.
