Please Look Over My Workout Plan

Hi, I'm 16 years old and I just started the gain muscle mass and size plan using a Crossbow last week along with the 12 week ab program. I do it five days a week. I do a lot of cardio on saturdays and sundays(about 4 hours each day). Is that fine or will that stop me from gaining size? Also, I eat a powerbar protein plus bar right after I work out. Is this helpful or unnecessary? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

4 hours of cardio is excessive - anything over an hour is excessive. Do you mean you are playing sports or rollerbalding or something four hours out of the day - because that is different and probably okay. But if you mean you are running four hours or on a machine four hours, that is way too much.

A protein bar after your workout is good, a shake would be even better, it would absorb faster.

It's mostly playing sports. Basketball tennis and biking.
